Rigid PVC roofing
For obvious reasons it is ideal for greenhouses or cloches , but when used indiscriminately , too much plastic roofing does not enhance a property. If used for a porch or a garage, our roofers can do their social and professional duty to cover its unattractive eaves finish and sharp edges with a discreet cover up. By constructing a deep fascia board around its perimeter, the overall visual effect can be tidied considerably. In this way the benefit of a light diffusing roofing is enjoyed without offence for the neighbours. The special feature for the plastic roofing is that our roofers can easily install it thus reducing costing for the Labour charge and materials. At the same time, it must acknowledged that the material will flex and bend under load, and an adequate support is required to cope with heavy snowfalls. Particularly commendable is its suitability on extreme shallow pitches. With appropriate lapping at the joints , some PVC roofing sheets can be used on roofs whose slope is as low as 5 degrees, although 10 degrees must be regarded as the minimum if the customer wants to enjoy the self cleansing effect of a rainfalls.
