Most proprieties in London are heated by Combi gas boilers or Condensing boilers. Unless you have a large property, a Combination or Combi boiler is the best one. A combination boiler heats up the water needed for the central heating and taps hot water in one single unit, there is no need for hot water tanks / cold water feed cistern, and requires less space than a conventional boiler.
